Player Schedules Updated, Soccer Season is Here!
At long last, we have secured all needed coaches and
have posted most game schedules here.
Many teams are
holding practices this week, and our first games will
be this Friday night/Saturday morning!
We will have our final pre-season Region Store night
tomorrow, September 6, from 6-8pm, at the Drake
Road Soccer Complex. Any coaches who have
yet to pick up equipment or uniforms (if applicable)
can do so during this time, and parents who need to
purchase shorts, socks, shin guards, cleats, or any
other supplies are welcome to stop in as well!
Ready for Some Soccer? Thank you
Thank you so much for those of you who spent this
rainy Saturday morning at Coach Training! Your
commitment to our kids is so appreciated. We are
excited to share that we have trained 20 coaches in
our region so far this year!
Most coaches now have their rosters and will be
contacting parents soon, if they haven't already.
Practices may start this coming week, but may not
start until the following week depending on coach
assignments and schedules. We are finalizing game
schedules and will post them here when they are done.
We STILL need several U8 coaches and at least one U14.
If you can help with this, please contact Blake
Crocker (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Kristin
Marschner (email@example.com) immediately so we can
get you certified and set up with a team!
Thank you all! It's going to be a great season of
Our final coach training is this Saturday, August

Coaches who are trained and do not have their rosters
yet can pick them up there during this time.
Our Regional Store, located at the Drake Road Soccer
Complex, will be open August 30 and September 6th for
equipment purchases and pickup for coaches from
6-7:30PM each evening.
We are still looking for coaches in the following
divisions - U5(1 coach needed), U6(2), U8(6),
U8Girls(2), U12(2), U14(1). If you haven't heard from
your coach yet, they either still need training before
they can pick up a roster, or there isn't one assigned
yet! Please consider signing up for training on
Saturday if you are able to help!
We are getting close to kicking off a great season,
thank you for all your support!
We have scheduled an additional coach training for
Saturday, August 27th, from 8am - 12pm at Soccer Zone

everything you need to know. Please let us know if you
have any interest in helping with this, and we will
get you to the right people.

the coach number is not set - we have not finalized
the number of teams and won't until this decision is
made after the weekend.
We may have additional coaching training later in the
month, but we have to secure a trainer. If you are
willing to consider coaching but cannot make it
tomorrow, please let me know and I will keep you on
the list to be contacted about subsequent training.
Also, if you are interested in coaching, you MUST go
to eayso.org and register as a volunteer.
For non-coaching parents, practices will begin the
week of August 29 - you will be contacted by your
coach prior to that with practices
days/times/locations. Games will start the week of

currently she is listed in fair condition.
Jennifer is a valuable member of our regional
